SIA Event Design N More, with registration no. 40203521961, address Brīvības iela 132B-23, Riga, LV-1012 is the manager of the online store (www.decowalls.com; hereinafter: Internet store).
Various photo and decorative walls, as well as various accessories and goods rental are available in this online store.
General terms
These terms of use regulate the legal relationship between the Customer and SIA Event Design N More, reg. no. 40203521961. The Terms are considered a distance contract between the Customer and SIA Event Design N More, which refers to the purchase of Goods from the Internet Store.
By placing an order, the User confirms that he has familiarized himself with these Terms of Use and agrees to them.
Event Design N More SIA reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Terms of Use at any time. The Customer is informed about changes in the online store or by e-mail.
Product and price
Images are informative. The Goods shown in the pictures in the online store may differ in nature from the goods shown in the pictures according to their color, size, shape or other parameters.
The delivery fee is indicated separately before paying for the order.
SIA Event Design N More reserves the right to unilaterally change the Product offer, prices, as well as to apply discounts to products without prior notice. Products are sold at the prices valid at the time of placing the order, except in cases where the Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error or system damage.
SIA Event Design N More has the right to refuse to sell the Goods ordered in the online store, informing the Customer thereof, in the event that the Product is no longer available, when there has been an error in the operation of the online store and the display of prices, as well as in cases where the Agreement is concluded by a person who does not have such rights.
Processing of orders
The order can be placed by choosing one of the products that can be seen in the Products section of the e-store. If you do not find the desired product there, the Customer can place an order via e-mail or using one of the communication forms found in our online store.
Only after the payment is made, the order is considered submitted and the order is processed.
SIA Event Design N More has the right to refuse the execution of the order by notifying the Customer and indicating the reason for cancellation. In the event that SIA Event Design N More does not fulfill the order, the money is returned to the Client within 14 working days.
Refunds
Amounts that are refunded are credited to the bank account specified by the Customer. All amounts that the company returns to the Customer are credited to the Customer's bank account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Payment options
You can pay for the order in the online store in the ways specified in the E-environment.
All refunds go through bank transfer.
The customer's order and invoice are canceled if payment is not received within 7 days after the invoice is issued.
Application for a non-conforming product
If the product does not comply with the terms of the contract, the customer has the right to file a claim against SIA Event N More for non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract.
Article 3 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights stipulates that the consumer's rights have been violated if, when purchasing a product, the consumer's freedom of choice and his expressed will have not been respected, the opportunity to receive comprehensive and complete information about the product or the price of the product has not been ensured, as well as if the consumer has been sold a product that does not comply with the contract.
Event Design N More SIA is not responsible for non-compliance of the Product with the terms of the contract resulting from the Customer's actions and/or inaction, including improper use or improper storage of the Products or non-compliance with storage conditions.
If the Customer has determined that the product is damaged, stop using the product immediately. Contact SIA Event Design N More as soon as possible, but no later than within two months from the day when the non-compliance of the Product with the terms of the contract is discovered.
Complaints can be submitted by sending a message to: info@decowalls.com. The request must include the Customer's name and contact information, the date of the complaint, the defect discovered in the Product and the content of the claim, as well as proof of purchase (check or invoice).
In the event that the Client does not agree with the solution proposed by SIA Event Design N More, the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights (a natural person who purchases a product for a purpose that is not related to his economic or professional activity) has the opportunity to exercise and protect his legal rights as a consumer. rights in accordance with the procedures specified in the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and related regulatory acts.
The product has a 2-year warranty, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
All complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the complaint.
The seller and the manufacturer are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.
The Seller does not reimburse the Customer for expenses in case of non-conformity or defects of the Products, and is not responsible for defects caused by improper use of the Products, incl. due to non-observance of maintenance instructions, if the value of the product has decreased due to natural wear and tear caused by normal use, and if proof of purchase is not presented.
Responsibility
The relationship between the Client/Customer and SIA Event Design N More is governed by these Terms of Use, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. In case of damages, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct damages.
Processing of customer data
The personal data provided by the client is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data.
The Customer gives the Seller clear and informed consent to the processing of their personal data.
Data exchange between the Client, banks and the card payment center is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Client's personal data and bank data. The payment is made outside the Internet store environment, in a secure payment environment at the relevant bank or at the service provider. Information about the Customer's bank data and credit card information is not available in the online store.
SIA Event N More processes the Customer's personal information for the fulfillment of orders (including sending messages related to the order), making payments, delivering goods and preparing personal offers.

SIA Event Design N More undertakes not to disclose the Client's personal data to third parties, except in cases where it is necessary for placing an order, a courier service provider, a partner that provides other services related to order fulfillment. In these cases, personal data is processed only to fulfill the order, and the authorized partners ensure the same level of personal data protection as Event Design N More SIA.
The customer has the right to review his personal data at any time and request correction or deletion of this data, unless otherwise provided by law.
If the Client has expressed an interest in receiving SIA Event Design N More news and/or personal offers, the Client has the right to cancel them by sending the relevant notification to an e-mail or by clicking on the relevant link that can be seen in each offer e-mail.
