Delivery
Delivery is arranged from warehouses in Riga or production warehouse the Czech Republic. Depending on the availability of goods, delivery is provided within 7-14 working days. These terms are not applicable if the product is not available and the customer is informed about the non-availability or longer delivery of the ordered products. The customer is also aware that in exceptional cases (Force majeure) the delivery of goods may be delayed.
The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact information before submitting the order in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings when delivering the goods. The seller is not responsible for any delays or misunderstandings in the delivery of the goods, if it is related to inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the customer in the order form.
Before the delivery of the Goods, the courier will contact you using the phone number that you specified at the time of placing the order.
Right of withdrawal and return
If the Customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights (person who purchases a product for a purpose that is not related to his economic or professional activity), then the Customer (consumer) may use the right of refusal within 14 calendar days, without providing any justification, in accordance with the established procedure withdraw from the purchase contract from the moment of delivery of the goods by submitting an application to SIA Event Design N More for the use of the right of refusal, by sending the application for refusal to the e-mail info@decowalls.lv, indicating the invoice number and the name of the product from which the Customer wishes to refuse.
After sending the application for exercising the right of refusal, the Customer delivers the product to the company's legal address, Brīvības iela 132B-23, Riga, Latvia LV-1012, no later than within 14 days. If the product is sent by courier, the times do not need to be coordinated, if the product is delivered by the customer, it is necessary to coordinate the delivery time by calling +371 27079926. The direct costs of returning the product are covered by the Customer. SIA Event Design N More is not responsible if the product is broken and damaged due to the customer's fault. If the Customer uses the right of refusal and the Product has been delivered to the specified address unused and without damage, SIA Events N More undertakes to refund the money within 14 days.
The Product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt. It must not be used or damaged and must be in its original packaging.
In the event that the condition of the returned product is damaged as a result of improper use when unpacking the Product and checking its functions, the Customer is obliged to compensate for the resulting losses. In order to check the conformity and functions of the Product, the Customer has the right to handle the Product and use it in ways that would be allowed when checking the product in a store. In cases where the returned Product is damaged or used, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Product.
